What kinds of funding opportunities are available through IHS?

Edited

IHS offers a range of funding opportunities to support scholars in their research, teaching, and academic development. Funding is available to both graduate students and faculty at accredited colleges or universities, with preference given to work aligned with IHS's focus areas.

All grants require a completed grant agreement, payment form, and confirmation form before funds are distributed. Awards are competitive and reviewed on a rolling basis unless otherwise specified. Recipients must acknowledge IHS support in published work and complete a follow-up survey. Please note: Some grants require action within six months of receiving funds.
