How do I move bills between Projects and the Watch List?

From a Project: Use each bill’s checkbox to open options:
Watch → Adds the bill to your Watch List
Remove → Removes it from that Project
Move To → Moves it into another Project
From the Watch List: Use the checkbox to Remove a bill.
Coming soon: Move a bill from the Watch List to a Project directly. (For now, remove it from the Watch List, then re-add it to the desired Project from search results.)
