What does the Subscribed checkbox on Saved Searches do, exactly?

It controls topic-level email updates for that specific saved search. ScholarsEdge scans updated documents in the database and emails you items that align with that search’s concepts and User Prompt. Example: If AI Legislation is checked and Water Rights is not, you’ll only receive emails about the AI Legislation search.
