What’s the difference between Subscribe, Projects, and the Watch List?

Subscribed (Saved Searches) → Topic-level email updates for that search’s focus. Example: If “AI Regulation” is checked Subscribed and “Water Rights” is not, you’ll only get emails about content matching the AI Regulation search.

Projects / Watch List (Projects page) → Organize the specific bills you’re following. Use the envelope on a Project or on the Watch List for bill-specific email updates.
